Principal Technical Program Manager Dedicated Cloud - Oracle Cloud
Oracle Cloud is seeking for a technical program manager. The candidate will manage Dedicated Regions (DRCC) and Alloy validation programme which aims to mitigate risk to customers and Oracle relating to large scale, strategic dedicated cloud engagements. The candidate will work with the in-region sales teams to ensure the customer understands the shared responsibility model for DRCC or Alloy environment.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction to others. This role requires experiences working within or alongside product management, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.
Roles and Responsibilities:Communicating to the in-country sales teams the data center and deal qualification requirements.Receiving the feedback from the customer and/or sales teams to determine compliance with our standards and seeking noncompliance approvals from the delivery teams where needed.Delivering a validation reports to the executive team, highlighting any risks or exceptions needed and drive resolution.Working closely with engineering teams translating business requirements into technical requirements to help shape the product.Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.Assisting in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption.Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s various cloud engineering teams.
Qualifications:10+ years of experience in a related field.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at all levels across an organization.Experience with Cloud services and Data Center networking.Understanding of cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities and challenges.Demonstrated ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
