Due to our ongoing success we are growing and are keen to speak with experienced Project Managers to join our dynamic team in the future, working on the design and development of cutting-edge dams, hydropower and pumped storage hydro solutions.

It is the chance to join a growing multi disciplinary team involved in projects as varied and different as Coire Glas in Scotland, Koysha in Ethiopia, and Dinorwig in Wales, as well as supporting many of the UK water companies with inspections, remediation and development of new dams and reservoirs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex and multi-disciplinary projects
• Manage traditional advisory, Owner’s Engineer, concept design, detailed design, remediation, troubleshooting, installation support, and Lender’s engineer tasks
• Proactively lead the team to successfully deliver objectives on time, to budget, and to quality standards

About You

You will be degree qualified and hold or be working towards an appropriate Project Management qualification such as APM’s PMQ / ChPP or PMI’s PMP.

You will have managed large hydropower projects or led major complex water and/or energy sector projects.

You will bring extensive core project management technical skills such as cost, schedule, risk, stakeholder, resource, governance management.

Experience working within a contractor organization or on the consultancy side of large Design and Build projects would be advantageous.

You will embody and support values of client focus, designing with community in mind, collaboration, and service excellence.
