About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organisation in the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the RFP and tendering process for the selection and initial implementation of a new CRM system. This is a 6-month daily rate contract role based in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of the RFP and tendering process for a CRM solution.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define CRM needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and coordinate vendor evaluations.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with IT, Procurement, and Business Units throughout all phases.
  • Monitor risk, budget, and compliance aspects associated with vendor selection and project planning.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Support early stages of CRM implementation planning and readiness.

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within a professional or enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience leading RFP and vendor selection processes, ideally for CRM or similar enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Eligibility

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
Experience in procurement and contract negotiations.
PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management certification is advantageous.
