Project Manager – Quantity Surveying background / Property Developer

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments across Ireland and the UK.
  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risk strategies, aligning with the organisation's commercial goals.
  • Lead procurement of contractors, consultants, and suppliers in accordance with project needs and procurement policy.
  • Apply Quantity Surveying expertise to manage cost planning, tendering, contract negotiation, and change control.
  • Ensure all developments comply with relevant Building Control Regulations.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship in accordance with specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare clear and structured reports on project status, cost performance, risk, and progress.

About You

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' project management experience across construction and property development. Chartered or working towards chartership. Demonstrated experience in procurement, cost planning, contract administration, and contractor management.

Eligibility

In-depth knowledge of Building Control Regulations in both the Republic of Ireland and the UK. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Proficient with industry software such as MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or Primavera.
