About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of two concurrent construction projects in Dublin – one valued at €10 million, the other at €20 million. These are a blend of new build and fit-out works, offering the opportunity to manage high-quality developments from pre-construction through to handover. This role suits a confident and commercially astute project leader with a proven track record managing large-scale construction projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety, programme, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

Full project ownership of two live sites in Dublin, managing all phases from mobilisation to practical completion.
Develop and oversee construction programmes, schedules, and critical milestones, reporting on progress.
Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring delivery in line with design, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
Manage project budgets in collaboration with commercial teams, tracking variations and ensuring commercial performance.
Chair site and coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication across design, commercial, and operations teams.
Drive project performance to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, building codes, and relevant standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders on all project-related matters.
