About the Opportunity
Internationalization Project Administrator Applicants residing in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support Associate Provost’s Projects for Academic Projects and Internationalization.
- Develop and Manage projects related to International academic affairs.
- Optimize ADU Ranking and Reputation.
- Assist in various initiatives, events, conferences, and support programs.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and records.
- Communicate with stakeholders to define project objectives.
- Raise Purchase requisitions as needed.
- Coordinate project activities and team communication.
- Facilitate collaboration between project team members.
- Assist in planning and executing digital projects.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems.
About You
Minimum Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 years in administration and IT project support.
Language Skills: Fluency in English required, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
