Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules in partnership with internal teams, customers, and solution architects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across cost, resourcing, scope, integration, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors and client teams to secure necessary resources and downtime windows for implementation.
- Lead, support, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver defined objectives and milestones.
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, managing communications, expectations, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder reporting to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track and monitor project progress against baseline plans, budgets, and deliverables, taking corrective actions where required.
- Participate in early-stage deployment and integration phases, supporting hands-on technical work when necessary.
- Identify potential opportunities for service enhancement or future business engagement during project execution.
