Marine Energy Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:

What’s involved:

* You will work closely with diverse infrastructure clients, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
* You will play a key role in the delivery of significant capital projects, from generation and transmission to government infrastructure developments.
* You will offer strategic advice on project delivery challenges, ensuring effective project set-up, mobilization, and execution.
* Guarantee project deliverables are achieved within the set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
* Utilize your expertise in data integration to develop insights that inform project decisions.
* Lead and contribute to various engagements, sharing your technical, sector, and market knowledge.
* Drive continuous improvement within the team, developing and refining processes and procedures.

What you need:

* A strong educational background with a 3rd level degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
* For Project/Programme Managers: Approximately 8+ years of proven experience in leading large-scale engineering projects.
* Experience in offshore/marine projects, consulting, and client-facing roles will set you apart.
* A comprehensive skill set in project management, engineering design, contract management, and procurement.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a history of managing complex programs successfully.
* A thorough understanding of project governance, change management, and the desire to continually improve and innovate.
* Additional qualifications such as PRINCE2® or PMP are highly desirable.
