Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an office/project manager, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience to join our dynamic growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of the brand and marketing strategy for Strata
* Maintains office systems, including data management, filing and reconciliation of reports.
* Screens all phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them as appropriate.
* Manage administrative tasks for the leadership team
* Undertaking specific projects, some of which may be of a complex, sensitive and confidential nature.


Requirements for this position

* 3+ years relevant marketing, advertising and office administration experience
* Strong IT skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Pro-active
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
