Role:

* Develop detailed project scopes and objectives.
* Ensure technical feasibility of all project tasks.
* Coordinate internal resources and those of third parties/ vendors.
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope schedule and costs.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Review and submit budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports to management stakeholders
* Communicate on all aspects of a project’s progress and escalate issues as appropriate.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Provide guidance on best Project Management techniques.
* Be the ‘go to’ person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline
* Oversight of a portfolio of major capital projects.
* Working with a broad range of internal stakeholders and contractors

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor of Engineering (required).
* Project Management certification.
* PMP qualification from PMI preferred.
* Specialized Training in areas such as Project Management, Validation or Negotiation preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project (and related software) for project tracking and communication.
* Experience: Total of 5+ years of related, progressive experience.
* Knowledge of the compliance requirements of the medical device and related industries.
* Demonstrated communication, leadership and organizational skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player and a problem solver.
