Senior Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager to work on a number of workstreams as part of a large Corporate & Physical Security Programme.

Opportunity type: Contract (6 months initially), Hybrid, 2 or 3 days / week in Cork

Target start date: ASAP

Requirements:

* Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
* PM certification, PMP preferred.
* Familiar with the PMBOK Waterfall methodology.
* Comfortable with a formal phases/gates process and a lot of documentation.
* Strong stakeholder management both internal and external.
* Multi-vendor experience.
* Experience in writing project budget documentation, including funding papers and business cases.
* Familiarity with Project Management budget concepts such as EAC, EVM and PAC.
* Experience in corporate and physical security projects an advantage.

Responsibilities

* Draft the overall program funding papers and business case.
* Project manage the following four workstream areas: Corporate Sites, Remote Sites, Governance, Compliance.
* For each workstream, manage the project: scope, budget, plan, requirements, design, data management, risks&issues, implementation, vendor selection, stakeholder management, testing, go-live.
* Corporate sites
* Current tool evaluation against the EU Network and Information Security Directive NISD) controls.
* Prioritization of recommendations of the findings post audit of the corporate facilities.
* 3rd party Engagement for design options & selection.
* Options assessed and recommendation provided to Capital Projects.
* Remote sites
* Selection of a Security Operations Centre (SOC) vendor.
* Work with IT Solution Design, Network & Security Ops team for new architecture and design.
* Provide recommendations and support roll-out.
* Governance
* Define a new Target Operating Model (TOM), including a review of the current model, and definition of the new processes.
* Document the process and present to the executive team.
* Compliance
* Identify Physical Security policies & procedures followed by other organisations.
* Design and implement internal Physical Security policies accordingly.
* Present new policies to Executive Team.
