About the Opportunity

The PM Compensation Reporting & Analysis team at Millennium is responsible for all compensation related accounting, reporting and analysis for the firm’s portfolio managers. This group collaborates with Portfolio Managers, Trading Management, Human Resources, and Legal on the reporting and analysis of compensation agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaic compensation, reporting, analysis, and various ad hoc requests related processes
  • Driving strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with technology, senior management, and portfolio managers
  • Implementing reporting/analysis to senior management that adds value/impact to overall business

About You

This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. It requires you to have a keen eye for detail and be able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure.

Eligibility

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-focused majors
  • 7+ Years experience
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leader who can lead cross-functional working groups
  • Quick learner, detail oriented; proven thoroughness and strong ownership of work
  • Strong Excel skills (including v-lookup and pivot tables)
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency and resilience
