About the Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide professional project management of installation services for a key client across Ireland and the EMEA region. As part of the Securitas Group, Securitas Technology is a leading global provider of electronic security systems, and this position plays a vital role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and service excellence to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Full accountability for schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, reporting, and delivery.
  • Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct technicians and manage subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality installations.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales early in the process to ensure solid project foundations.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, lead regular status meetings, and act as the key point of contact.
  • Risk & Financial Control: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks while ensuring financial oversight and profitable delivery.
  • Process & Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal project management standards, documentation, and reporting.
  • Health & Safety: Champion safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations across all projects.

Eligibility

Required:

  • Qualification in project management
  • 3+ years of experience managing installation projects, ideally within electronic security or construction industry.
  • Strong background in subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proven track record of customer management and delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
  • Right to work in Ireland required.

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrates strong commercial awareness with an electrical/electronic background is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or similar.
  • Understanding of IT principles and system integration.

Travel: 25% Travel to customer sites
