About You

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO support, ideally within IT or digital transformation environments
  • Proven experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and track project activities
  • Advanced Power BI skills (reporting, data modeling, dashboard design)
  • Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and change management processes
  • Experience maintaining and structuring SharePoint repositories and documentation workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as the main liaison between project teams and the PMO, ensuring effective communication and reporting
  • Manage and optimize Jira and Confluence environments for project tracking and knowledge sharing
  • Develop, enhance, and automate Power BI dashboards and reports to provide strategic insights to leadership
  • Support project governance meetings, trainings, and documentation standardization
  • Maintain SharePoint structures and improve documentation workflows
  • Contribute to the implementation of PMO processes, templates, and tools that promote alignment and efficiency
  • Help drive transparency, accountability, and operational excellence across all active projects
