Take full control of major renewable energy projects while shaping your own career path. You’ll manage large-scale solar builds with end-to-end responsibility, giving you the chance to make key decisions and leave your mark. With direct access to senior leadership and no red tape, you’ll move faster and think bigger.

There's no fixed career path, so you set the pace. If you deliver results, you'll move up quickly. Ambition isn’t held back by layers of management and you’ll work in a flat structure where your voice reaches the right people.

Work remotely for most of the time, with just one week per month on-site or at customer meetings. Travel is fully covered, including car rental and accommodation, plus a daily allowance for expenses. You’ll also get time back for the days spent away from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a 65MWp solar power plant
• Take full ownership of project delivery
• Shape planning, scheduling, site supervision, and final handover
• Lead technical, financial, and operational planning
• Supervise on-site activities and commissioning
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships
• Support technical sales and project tracking

About You

Project management experience in ground-mounted solar (10MWp+)
Knowledge of working with ESB or similar energy networks / large sized customers
Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and teams across technical projects
