Responsibilities
- Lead and Deliver: Manage multiple complex projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional execution and timely delivery.
- People Management: Lead, support, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative environment.
- Define and Plan: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor and Guide: Track project progress, provide strategic guidance, and encourage collaboration to maintain momentum.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks across projects and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
- Customer Experience: Manage client expectations meticulously, ensuring high satisfaction while avoiding scope creep.
- Scalable Processes: Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
- Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by sharing insights on system functionality and project methodologies.
About You
Experience: 3-5 years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
Project Expertise: Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Plan tools) and a strong technical aptitude.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
Education: MSc, or equivalent qualification preferred. Change Management expertise is a bonus.
