We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful delivery of new store openings for a leading retailer. This role will oversee projects from feasibility and design through planning, approvals, and construction, ensuring stores open on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Act as the Client Representative on public and private sector projects in Ireland. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant Irish regulations. Manage contract administration, including RIAI, JCT, Public Works Contracts (PWC), FIDIC, and NEC. Lead procurement and tendering processes in line with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). Coordinate with design teams, contractors, local authorities, and state agencies. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Authority (HSA) regulations, BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations), and other statutory requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Prepare progress reports and present updates to clients and senior management. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and project teams.
