Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs and supporting technology for a new office in Europe. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing benefits infrastructure, initial managing of vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, while also supporting broader compensation initiatives.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a multinational or European context. Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills. Strong HR project management experience. Experience with HR Systems. Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible amidst change.
6 month Temp Contract. Office launches or expansions experience highly desirable. Vanguard is not offering sponsorship for this position.
