Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conceptual phase through feasibility, statutory planning assessment, and consent to handover for detailed design and construction phase
• Combine office-based working and site visits in the South East of Ireland

Eligibility

You’ll Need To Have:

• An engineering degree or technical equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing large infrastructure projects
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English required
• Commercial awareness, good analytical and IT skills, full driver's license

You’ll Also Have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise
• Commercial and financial acumen, experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape projects
