Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conceptual phase through feasibility, statutory planning assessment, and consent to handover for detailed design and construction phase
- Combine office-based working and site visits in the South East of Ireland

Eligibility
You’ll Need To Have:
- An engineering degree or technical equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing large infrastructure projects
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English required
- Commercial awareness, good analytical and IT skills, full driver's license
You’ll Also Have:
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise
- Commercial and financial acumen, experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape projects
