Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, architects, consulting engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure design intent is met.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
  • Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure all documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience managing construction projects in the €400k–€3M range.

Background in fitout, civil, residential, or heritage projects is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
