15+ years’ experience in project management activities with at least 7 years’ experience across the project lifecycle. Construction management expertise and commercial acumen. Leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Ability to drive project outcomes and manage technical outputs effectively.
Demonstrable academic qualifications (NVQ Level 7 or 8) or equivalent. Professional memberships in relevant institutions. Chartered Project Professional or Programme Management Professional certification.
