The Project Manager for Vision Built will act as Quality Manager for the site-based construction phases. The key elements of this role are to co-ordinate all aspects of the Contract, Preconstruction, Design Procurement, and Build functions to ensure the project meets the client’s expectations. The Project Manager will prepare and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and seek opportunities to add value or enhance profit.
Experience in Design and Build JCT and NEC3 contracts, BREEAM/LEED, 'end to end' Programme Management, commercial awareness, people & performance management, team building, and leadership.
Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction-related subject, CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS, awareness of BBS, Root Cause Analysis, S5 & Q10 internal workshops, Planning and Temporary works, and Contracts Management.
