About Company

Johnson Hana is Ireland’s leading alternative legal solutions provider. That means we disaggregate legal advisory and legal process work and focus on the latter. We want to change the way legal work is done and we have big plans to expand and grow massively, but we need your help.

Core Values

  • Next-level people – we naturally go above and beyond. The next level up from our competitor's way of doing things is our natural habitat. Go there.
  • Faster, with focus – Speed matters, but so does intent. We act fast, but it’s our focus on creating and accelerating change in the legal world that makes us faster.
  • Me, the person – we don’t do fakes. We celebrate realness. We ask that you bring your whole self to work, every day.
  • We, the people – this is also a community where we commit to each other. We welcome newcomers. Our community is our colleagues, our clients, and even those in our industry who want change. We are open.
  • Lean In - In an industry of egos, graft keeps us humble. So, get stuck in. Get your hands dirty. No task is below anyone. Grafting is how we respect the community. And champion change.
