An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the process of business change, improvement, and efficiency
• Guide and challenge the business to ensure project related decisions are appropriate
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process re-engineering
• End-to-end project implementation ownership
• Develop and oversee implementation of appropriate change management planning
• Ensure appropriate test plans, scripts, and cycles are conducted
• Drive project success and monitor progress

About You

This position seeks an experienced project manager with the following experiences and ability:

• 3-5 years’ experience leading IT project implementations
• Prior business analysis experience is deemed a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills
• Strong negotiation skills with financial business acumen
• Proven track record of consistent high-quality delivery
• Ability to influence without direct leadership and address conflict resolution

Eligibility

Project Management qualification is not required, however a distinct advantage. Change management experience is a distinct advantage. Willing to take ownership of tasks and driven to constantly go the extra mile to see them completed successfully.
