Project Manager – BMS

About the Opportunity

Barden are exclusively partnering leader in Building Management Systems as they seek a Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented engineering professional looking join a business who work on exciting projects nationally. The Project Manager will work across a variety of industries and be a key collaborator in the business working with a variety of teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Conduct post-handover design reviews to ensure alignment with project briefs.
• Develop and manage project programmes and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate on-site labour and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project costs and flag potential overruns.
• Support or lead the commissioning process and ensure seamless client handover.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
• Troubleshoot project issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and issue Health & Safety documentation to uphold the highest safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Solid understanding of current Health & Safety regulations. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Eligibility

Familiarity with MS Project and/or Procore. Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS). Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
