Responsibilities

• Promote Mace's value of safety first and exhibit visible safety behaviors
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed effectively
• Manage project budgets and highlight risks, challenges, and mitigations
• Lead and manage project teams to achieve strategic KPIs

About You

You will possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules, promote inclusivity, and prioritize the wellbeing of team members. Additionally, you will have more than 10 years of experience in the Irish property market.

Eligibility

• Recognised degree in property economics/surveying and chartered surveyor
• Completion of “The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme”
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional development
