About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and regulatory change initiatives across our financial services operations. This role is ideal for experienced project managers from banking, fintech, investment operations, or regulatory backgrounds who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and growing third-party management company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic and regulatory change initiatives across fund governance, compliance, and operational delivery.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to execution and post-implementation review.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., risk, compliance, operations) and external service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

About You

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in financial services, ideally within fund services, investment operations, or regulatory change.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in regulated environments.
  • Solid understanding of operational and compliance processes in financial institutions or service providers.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not essential):

  • Background in regulatory or operational change within fund servicing or investment operations.
  • Exposure to digital tools or automation in project delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders or across multiple business units.
