Where We Work

Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About This Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management Services, you’re a strong customer-first advocate. Responsibilities include overseeing and directly managing a portfolio of customer projects focused on launching Udemy’s solutions quickly and successfully to drive impact throughout our customer's organizations.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Project, Resource and Risk Management: Lead and oversee time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within Customer Success, Sales, Content, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
  • Sales and CS Services Evangelist: Act as an evangelist for services, assisting Sales and CS with selling.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support establishment and adoption of project management frameworks, documentation, tools, and best practices.

About You

We’re excited about you because you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company.
  • The ability to develop and maintain a passion for the customer’s vision with our internal team.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to solve problems creatively in a collaborative and virtual environment.
  • Fluent in English.
