5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in software, data, or infrastructure projects. Strong experience facilitating feature-based planning and technical discovery. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements. Comfortable working directly with technical SMEs and business leads. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments with competing priorities.
Prior experience in fintech or with financial systems (e.g., ERPs, payment platforms, accounting tools, or lending systems). Experience delivering projects involving data pipelines, integrations, or platform modernization. Familiarity with project documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Jira, Lucidchart).
