Responsibilities

• Support the designated delivery team in the end-to-end implementation process
• Manage project leadership for business transition
• Create project plan and manage calls
• Ensure SLAs are achieved
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders

About You

You’ll have experience in onboarding partners and implementing complex international deals in a regulated industry, ideally in the insurance industry. You’ll have a strong understanding of the insurance deal lifecycle and the operating principles of an MGA. You’ll possess proven strong project management skills (Prince 2 or Agile methodologies preferred) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll have stakeholder management experience, with the ability to establish early credibility, manage stakeholder expectations. You’ll have the ability to influence and persuade others towards a common goal, using effective communication and negotiation skills. You're Ireland based.
