About the Opportunity

This is a Project Manager role to oversee and manage a significant Dataflow Transformation change in CNPSI and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring of the Dataflow Transformation Project across multiple markets, involving technology, processes, culture shift, while being ultimately responsible for project delivery and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, facilitating communication, senior stakeholder management and reporting. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource management.
  • Manage all aspects of changes throughout the project delivery, including scope, schedule, resources and risks and issue management.
  • Own, drive and manage the delivery of project milestones on-scope, on-time, and on-budget in a cross-functional setting.
  • Ensuring timely project delivery through careful management of work streams and stakeholders.
  • Manage the effective transition to ‘business as usual’ and project closure activities.
  • Managing budgets and financial aspects of the project.
  • Own and develop relationship with internal and external Business and Technical stakeholders throughout the project Lifecycle, working with them to optimize and enhance our Dataflow Transformation.
  • Managing Senior stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and chair workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Effectively direct the flow of discussions to keep momentum and achieve the outcomes of the meetings.
  • Adhere to internal project methodologies and governance structures.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular reports to Senior stakeholders.
  • Conducting project evaluations after each project phase to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.

Required Experience

  • A Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, Prince) Certification.
  • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience of leading and managing change.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the insurance sector, preferably in a cross-border business environment.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project methodologies, techniques and processes.
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a cross-border business environment.
  • Experience in managing Transformation projects.
