Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead a global infrastructure reorganisation programme, acting as Interim Infrastructure Leader. This is a high-impact role focused on transitioning services from local to global delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving change across a complex IT landscape.

Contract Details

• Contract Rate: €700 per day
• Location: Shannon, Ireland (hybrid: on-site once every two weeks)
• Contract Length: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of infrastructure services from local to global models.
• Act as Interim Infrastructure Leader, managing engineers, architects, and PMs.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and steering committees with senior stakeholders.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with central/local teams, vendors, and global project stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure migrations across multiple countries.
• Document current and target operating models and tooling.

About You

Proven senior management experience in global infrastructure transformation. Strong technical background in traditional infrastructure (Linux, VMware, Citrix, AD). Experience in regulated environments (ISO, PCI, DORA). Skilled in ITIL, Agile at scale, and portfolio management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including CXO level. Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
