About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Sprinkler Division.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with the system design standard.
- Implementing project-specific international fire protection design standards; NFPA, BSEN 12845, FM global, and LPC.
- Attending client meetings, administering technical submittals, and producing project schedules.
- Ensuring projects are carried out in compliance with our ISO 9001 system.
- Estimate and control costs on projects using our ERP system and provide financial reports.
- Schedule the production of drawings with our design department ensuring current drawings are in circulation.
- Liaise with our QEHS manager to ensure all quality, environmental, and health & safety requirements are met.
- Identifying and managing any additional works.
- Coach and support team members with tasks you assign them.
Qualifications
A degree in engineering is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the fire protection/construction industry.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
High level of computer literacy.
Full, clean driving license.
