Senior Project Manager (Finance)

About the Opportunity

Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Senior Project Manager - Finance. This position is hybrid working with the requirement to attend meetings when required at the office in Dublin 8.

The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee working 35 hours per week. This is also a temporary contract, initially for 12 months with the possibility of it being extended. The salary on offer for this position is €81,444, this works out as €44.60 per hour. You will also accrue 30 days annual leave per annum and be paid bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of one or more ICT & Cyber Transformation projects
  • Manage projects with significant budgets and strategic importance
  • Report to multiple stakeholder groups
  • Allocate projects or work packages efficiently

About You

Experience:

  • Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting in a large complex organisation
  • Project management lifecycle, preferably for a Health Service Organisation
  • Process definition, mapping, and framework design
  • Budget planning, financial management, and resource management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications

Business Competencies:

  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ICT, presentation, and report writing skills
  • Experience with financial reports and trend analysis
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and organisational governance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Eligibility

This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role.
