Responsibilities

• Oversee the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects
• Assist in defining project scope & objectives
• Create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule
• Measure project performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage risks, relationships, and client expectations

Eligibility

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 3+ Years experience in Construction/Architecture/Engineering
• Experience in client-facing roles beneficial
• Track record in delivering projects in the Irish market
• Previous exposure to construction in the Irish market
• Understanding of building and maintaining internal & external relationships
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill the duties of the role
