Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Oversee the design coordination process with architects, structural engineers, and precast suppliers.
  • Manage the construction programme, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate the off-site manufacturing and delivery schedule of precast components.
  • Oversee on-site erection including cranage, sequencing, safety and quality control.
  • Chair regular progress meetings and produce accurate project reports.
  • Manage commercial aspects including budgets, variations and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Work closely with the project team to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Drive the project to completion and oversee final handover to the client.

About You

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • Proven track record delivering structural precast projects, ideally multi-storey car parks or similar large-scale structures.
  • Strong knowledge of precast assembly methods, temporary works, lifting operations and waterproofing systems.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project planning software.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
  • CSCS/Safe Pass and relevant safety certifications.
