About the Opportunity

Stripe is looking for a talented individual to join their Global Professional Services team and help drive the expansion of their service offerings and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle for strategic programs of work
  • Lead the design, development, and launch of new service offerings
  • Collaborate with Professional Services sellers to refine sales processes
  • Contribute to projects to develop, improve, and scale delivery processes
  • Provide program governance and risk assessment
  • Participate in global community of practitioners to evolve and improve implementations
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute global projects
  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices

About You

The ideal candidate should meet the minimum requirements and have a keen interest in project management, strategy, and operations. Preferred qualifications include experience in customer-facing roles and data analysis.

Eligibility

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or consulting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in process improvement

Stripes are expected to spend a certain percentage of time in their local office or with users, depending on role, team, and location.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €52,800 - €79,200. Specific benefits and compensation details will vary based on location and can be discussed during the interview process.
