About the Opportunity

PM Group is seeking a Construction Project Director to join our team. This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of Construction Project delivery in various locations across Ireland and Western Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for assigned Construction Project/s delivery.
  • Assist with strategy and input to construction aspects of proposals.
  • Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policy.
  • Communicate effectively between construction site(s) and home office.
  • Establish construction execution strategies/plans.
  • Review project construction performance with customers.
  • Ensure projects align with safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
  • Manage resource plans and team performance.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role include:

  • Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors.
  • Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
