Responsibilities

• Strategic input to the growth and development of the Northern Europe Life Sciences Operation
• Strategic input to project proposals
• Overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned project
• Ensure that all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are implemented on assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are completed in accordance with Exyte policies and procedures and client contract requirements
• Effective communication with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• Develop good relationships with the client and potential clients along with their respective advisors
• Work with the VP of Project Delivery to ensure that projects are adequately staffed by suitably qualified and experienced staff and that future needs are identified
• Maximize the project margin & control costs
• Ensure the company is commercially and contractually protected during the project Lifecycle
• Foster relationships with suitable senior consultants / subcontractor personnel
• Lead by example setting the required standards of behavior and conduct for the project
• Communicate the Company and Project strategy with the project team ensuring the objectives are met and understood
• Liaise with the procurement lead during the tender/negotiation/construction period
• Manage the program of works
• Responsible for the compliance and delivery for the Project across the Safety, Quality and Program

About You

Show Your Expertise

• Demonstrated 10+ years professional senior level project experience in the design and/or construction of complex Life Sciences projects
• Professional qualification in a relevant field
• Understanding of contract models
• Strong proven commercial ability

The successful candidate can be located in our Maynooth or Cork offices.
