About the Opportunity

PM Group is seeking a Construction Project Director to join our team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of Construction Project delivery across various locations in Ireland and Western Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for assigned Construction Project/s delivery
  • Assist with strategy and input to the construction aspects of proposals
  • Ensure implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policy
  • Establish effective communication between construction site(s) and home office departments
  • Review project construction performance and PM Group's performance with the Customer
  • Contribute to the development of Digital Project Delivery
  • Manage resource plans and oversee Monthly CM project reports
  • Mentor and invest in career development of construction personnel

Qualifications

- Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors

- Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction / Project Management desirable

- 10+ years of professional experience

- Proven track record in EHS Leadership

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
