Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting team and performance within the PMO function
• Review and develop a performance and reporting framework
• Develop processes, procedures, systems, controls, and reporting templates
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client performance
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee performance reporting
• Embed a focus on continuous improvement and best practice reporting

About You

You will be an advocate of Mace's values and be accountable for leading and maintaining exceptional standards. You will create and design effective implementations of PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies.

Eligibility

Relevant university degree in construction, engineering, project administration or equivalent. Experience in effective PMO and project controls leadership.
