About the Job

As our Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate projects across Product, SEO, Design, Engineering, and Content to ensure delivery is smooth, on time, and aligned with business goals. This role is not just about managing timelines - you will remove roadblocks, create clarity, and hold teams accountable. You’ll turn goals and requirements into actionable delivery plans while keeping a close eye on priorities. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands the realities of WordPress-based products, and enjoys enabling teams to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Design, SEO, Content, and Engineering.
• Drive delivery of product features from planning through release.
• Translate goals and requirements into clear action items and delivery tickets.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving.
• Ensure priorities are understood and executed effectively across teams.
• Report on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

About You

What would make you a great fit? 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager. Technically literate, ideally with hands-on familiarity with WordPress-based websites. Proven ability to multitask and deliver in fast-paced environments. Strong communicator and problem-solver who can align stakeholders and keep projects on track. Experience working with JIRA project management tool. Ideally certified in PMP or PRINCE2. Experience in SEO or iGaming products is a strong plus.
