About the Opportunity

This is a 23 month onsite contract role in our Limerick site with full Stryker benefits including bonus, healthcare, and pension.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with BU leadership to define and manage program scope.
  • Co-ordinate and drive participation and engagement at all Operations forums.
  • Identify key deliverables for operations and own the operations program schedule.
  • Devise, document, and contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure for Operations.
  • Facilitate staffing, resolve resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on activities for highest business value.
  • Implement effective communications management strategies.
  • Promote Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Processes.
  • Support EHS/6S and ensure proactive health and safety approach for project delivery.

About You

Level 8 degree or equivalent. At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in Operations.
