This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and motivated individual who is interested in working with the Offshore Delivery team to realise key projects to enable a green transition. These projects are critical to Ireland from many aspects including the achievement of our renewable targets and to continuation of sustainable economic growth for the country.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the connection of new projects to the transmission system
• Project management of technically complex, large-scale infrastructure and internal capability projects
• Working on projects across their Entire Life Cycle – from concept to completion
• Driving Innovation, Digital Transformation, And Strategic Technology Delivery
• Ensuring alignment between technology strategy and offshore programme execution

About You

Successful candidates will have:

• Engineering degree or equivalent, typically with 6-8 years relevant experience
• Proven experience of managing a portfolio of Largescale Projects
• Excellent communicator, able to articulate Technical Concepts and Analysis
• Ability to coach and develop high performance capabilities in a changing and dynamic environment
• Expertise in conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions or new ways of doing things
• Strong understanding of the requirements of stakeholders and industry for the transmission system and associated developments
• Commercial awareness with strong Vendor Management skills
• Previous experience working on projects in the Offshore or Marine environment is desirable
