This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and motivated individual who is interested in working with the Offshore Delivery team to realise key projects to enable a green transition. These projects are critical to Ireland from many aspects including the achievement of our renewable targets and to continuation of sustainable economic growth for the country.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the connection of new projects to the transmission system
- Project management of technically complex, large-scale infrastructure and internal capability projects
- Working on projects across their Entire Life Cycle – from concept to completion
- Driving Innovation, Digital Transformation, And Strategic Technology Delivery
- Ensuring alignment between technology strategy and offshore programme execution
About You
Successful candidates will have:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, typically with 6-8 years relevant experience
- Proven experience of managing a portfolio of Largescale Projects
- Excellent communicator, able to articulate Technical Concepts and Analysis
- Ability to coach and develop high performance capabilities in a changing and dynamic environment
- Expertise in conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions or new ways of doing things
- Strong understanding of the requirements of stakeholders and industry for the transmission system and associated developments
- Commercial awareness with strong Vendor Management skills
- Previous experience working on projects in the Offshore or Marine environment is desirable
