Account/Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Creative Technology Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Project/Account Manager to join the team in Dublin. As a Senior Project/Account Manager within the Systems Integration (SI) division at Creative Technology (CT), you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent AV and broadcast integration projects for premium corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within budget delivery
• Provide guidance to Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Directly manage high-value and complex projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
• Represent CT in project meetings and executive briefings
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers
• Support resourcing decisions and project team assignments
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support and manage all contractual obligations and negotiations
• Identify opportunities for account growth and assist with proposals
• Ensure compliance with QA systems, health and safety protocols
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Eligibility

Quality Management System Responsibilities

• 8+ years of project management experience in AV, broadcast, or technology integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing large project budgets
• Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Sound understanding of technical AV/Broadcast systems
