Position: Project & Content Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland

Type: Full-Time | Fixed-Term (3 Months, with Possible Extension)

Sinoclix Energy is a growing international renewable energy company engaged in investment, M&A advisory, development, and construction of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across Europe. As we launch our new digital platform, we are seeking support in content standardization, digital coordination, and website readiness.

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and driven Project & Content Assistant fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. The successful candidate will support the team in organizing and uploading project data, handling bilingual content editing, managing files, and assisting with SEO, CRM, and CMS-related tasks to ensure our online presence is accurate, professional, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, catalogue, and standardize all project files and documentation
  • Translate and edit content between Mandarin Chinese and English with precision
  • Input and update content using internal content management systems (CMS)
  • Assist with basic SEO implementation (meta descriptions, keywords, formatting)
  • Support CRM data entry and contact list management
  • Prepare and analyze project data in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Gantt charts, tables, trackers)
  • Perform quality checks to ensure content is clear, consistent, and well-formatted
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure materials meet corporate standards
  • Maintain file version control and ensure organized storage across platforms

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Renewable Energy, Communications, or a related field
  • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong Excel skills: confident with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data cleaning
  • Proven experience in file organization, digital content formatting, and structured document management
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, or others); basic understanding of SEO
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Accurate and efficient translation and editing skills between Chinese and English
  • Ability to write clear, professional, and engaging business emails, with strong follow-up habits
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to track and close open issues or action points in a timely manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is preferred

Terms & Conditions

Contract: Fixed-term 3 months, with potential for extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: On-site at our office in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
