[Assistant Project Manager - Kildare Village - Permanent/Full Time]

As our Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with all retail development matters at Kildare Village.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and thriving business, experiencing double digit growth.

This role requires a proactive, project driven individual who will be responsible for all aspects of our retail development matters within Kildare Village.

What you will be doing

* Coordinate Brand inductions and briefings related to shop-fits.
* Manage fit-out process for new openings and re-merchandising/re-fit programmes for all new and existing stores.
* Manage temporary fit outs for existing and new Brands.
* Arrange all Brand visits in coordination with other departments, reporting and follow up, provide.
* Monitor shop-fit quality to achieve standards of excellence.
* Ensure that internal works are executed by Brands in accordance with Value Retail internal guidelines and building regulations.
* Facilitate effective communication with all contractors, project managers and monitor progress of works on-site to ensure work schedule is adhered to.
* Manage flow of information between Retail Development Manager/Director and external consultants, including appointments, plan submittals, timing and billing.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a design role.
* Strong project management capability and ability to manage several projects concurrently
* Ability to prioritize your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines with an eye for detail
* Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open minded capability to adapt to a fast pace environment
* Ability to use initiative, pre-empt requests and think ahead.
* On site project experience with contractors and project teams.
* Excellent Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Fluent in English – other European languages advantageous.
