About the Opportunity

VOLIES is hiring a full-time Community Engagement Project Manager based in the Greater Dublin Area. At VOLIES, we’re looking for a passionate and organized professional to join our global team as a Community Engagement Project Manager. This is a full-time position focused on supporting corporate volunteering and community engagement programmes in partnership with a multinational tech company based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main local point of contact for in-person activities in the Greater Dublin Area, working as part of an international team leading the projects.
  • Identify key local organisations and community stakeholders to understand needs, build partnerships, and collaborate on high-impact initiatives.
  • Support the development of strong relationships with external partners, local communities, and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of community events, motivating employee participation and engagement.
  • Plan and implement community-based programmes in line with established standards and project objectives.
  • Use various communication channels (newsletters, social media, blogs, internal emails) to promote employee involvement in community engagement activities, in line with client requirements.
  • Measure and report on programme outcomes and social impact.
  • Occasional travel to other cities in Ireland may be required.

About You

Minimum Requirements:

  • Residency in the Greater Dublin Area.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • University degree (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, social impact projects, corporate affairs, or related fields.
  • Previous experience working with non-profit organisations and/or corporate volunteering programmes.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of the social and community landscape in Dublin and surrounding areas.
  • Native English speaking (excellent written and spoken communication).

Working Conditions

Full-time contract. Hybrid/remote work model with regular in-person meetings and events:

  • Average of 3 days per week attending in-person activities across various locations in the Greater Dublin Area.
  • Two or three times a year travel in Europe is also expected.
