Working on projects up to €500,000,000 in value and with a pipeline of 50% Public and 50% Private work, they turn their hand to a diverse range of sectors, from Residential through to Education, Medical, Commercial & Fitout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects
• Define project scope & objectives
• Create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule
• Measure project performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Manage risk, relationships, and client interactions
• Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Eligibility

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 3+ Years experience in Construction/Architecture/Engineering
• Experience in client-facing roles beneficial
• Track-record in delivering projects in the Irish market
• Previous exposure to construction in the Irish market
• Understand the value of building and maintaining internal & external relationships
• Demonstrate an ability to fulfill the duties of the role
