About the Opportunity

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Project Manager- CS Transformation to join the Customer Service Dept of Europe’s Largest Airline Group. This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and tracking of all activities performed by the transformation team.
  • Systems design, innovation, and optimization.
  • MIS/BI reporting and business insight.
  • Automation of every CS task and implementation of a new intelligent telephony platform that leverages AI.
  • Work with Labs and Digital team to design and implement projects.
  • Support projects across the team.
  • Develop new business processes and implement changes across contact centers.
  • Deliver outcomes in an agile way for the company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business.

About You

This opportunity suits someone with ambition to develop as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment and work and support multiple projects as part of a team.

Eligibility

  • 2+ Years in Managing projects/business transformation.
  • Good understanding of project planning, risk assessment, and idea creation.
  • Proven track record in basic project management.
  • Shows initiative and courage to challenge the status quo and remove barriers to change.
